Meet Our Customer Service Team

DairyTrace offers two bilingual call centers throughout Canada to anyone involved with livestock traceability related to dairy cattle. This includes, but is not limited to dairy producers, veterinarians, terminal sites, assembly yards, auction facilities, exhibitions, fairs, abattoirs, importers, exporters, feedlot operators, and packing plants.
The DairyTrace Customer Services head office is located in Brantford, Ontario, and it is the first point of contact with DairyTrace and for general inquiries, for those outside of Quebec. DairyTrace Customer Services is staffed with resource agents who are knowledgeable about the dairy industry and are able to provide information and technical assistance on a broad range of DairyTrace topics.
DairyTrace Customer Services is committed to:

Mackayla de Kwant, Customer Service Agent/Team Leader
Mackayla is one of our bilingual agents and has been involved with DairyTrace since its launch. As the first point of contact with DairyTrace Customer Services, Mackayla assesses the needs of producers to ensure they quickly obtain accurate information about DairyTrace and animal identification. With years of industry experience, Mackayla’s mission is to provide outstanding customer service to her clients.

Janice Kyle & Megan Perazzo, Customer Service Agents
Janice and Megan are shared resource agents that split their time working with DairyTrace and NLID. They have both been on the DairyTrace team since inception in 2020. Engaging with the public and assisting clients is something they excel at by providing the information and resources they seek.
Janice is not only a seasoned customer service professional but is also involved in agriculture and farming and a perfect fit for the DairyTrace team.

Megan provides top-shelf support to DairyTrace customers and also offers bilingual communication to French speaking clients.
Together, Janice and Megan, bring a realm of skill, expertise and knowledge to help DairyTrace clients with all their traceability needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our incredible front-line team when you need to!
